Yup! If you decide not to renew your SUITE, we will give you a full credit that you can apply towards the purchase of one GoVenture PERPETUAL license of any of the products that are included with the SUITE.
This means that if paying the annual SUITE fee does not work out to be the best value for your school, you can switch to a PERPETUAL license. You no longer have to decide which GoVenture product you want - try them all and share them with all teachers in your school with the SUITE. Get the most value for your money with nothing to lose!
Credit Details: The credit is nonrefundable and equal to the price your school paid for the last year of your SUITE subscription (example: $495, $995, or other amount) or up to $1,495 if you paid this amount for a 2-year subscription in advance, or up to $1,995 if you paid this amount for a 3-year subscription in advance. To be eligible for the credit, you must submit a SUITE CANCELLATION Form prior to the date your SUITE subscription expires, and the credit must be used within 60 days of the expiration date.
Special discount for GoVenture customers**
If you already own a GoVenture PERPETUAL license (purchased prior to April 1, 2010), you can apply the entire value of your product towards a SUITE SITE license discount. See the FAQ below for details. (** Due to administrative limitations, the discount offer is ONLY available to schools in the US or Canada that purchase a SUITE SITE license.)

Q. What happens at the end of my subscription period?
You have three choices:
- Renew your subscription for similar price and terms you paid previously.
- Let your subscription expire and stop using GoVenture. You can continue to use any resources we provide free to the general public, but licensed resources have to be uninstalled and no longer used. You must submit a cancellation form.
- Purchase a different GoVenture license for one or more specific products that you may want to continue to use.
Q. Can I pay for multiple years up front?
Yes. If you are unsure about future budget availability it may be best to purchase several years in advance.
Q. If I already own a GoVenture license, can I switch to the SUITE?
Yes! Keep your GoVenture license and add the SUITE at an additional discount. Discount is available to schools in the US and Canada only. We will apply the entire value of your GoVenture license (based on current GoVenture prices) as a discount. The discount will be applied to a maximum of 400 each year of the SUITE. For example, if the value of your current GoVenture license is 700, you will receive a discount of 400 in the first year and 300 in the second year of the SUITE. This will reduce the yearly fee for the SUITE to 595 in the first year, 695 in the second year, and 995 each year thereafter.
Keeping your existing GoVenture license is beneficial if you decide not to renew your SUITE in future years because you can simply revert back to using your existing license. It's like getting your existing license for free!
To qualify for the discount, you must have purchased GoVenture prior to April 1, 2010 and must be a school in the US or Canada purchasing a SUITE SITE (10-Seat licenses are not eligible).

Q. Are free upgrades and new products included?
Free upgrades are included. Some future new products will be included in the Subscription for free as well, but new products will be decided upon on a case-by-case basis.
Q. For how long is the yearly price guaranteed?
As long as you continue to renew before your expiration date, you are guaranteed to pay no more than what you paid the previous year.
Q. Are ALL GoVenture products included?
All GoVenture CD-ROM/Network products are included, as well as all of our support resources. A few products that are only available as ONLINE subscriptions are not included (such as GoVenture CEO and World).
Q. How does this compare to other GoVenture prices?
The SUITE provides significant value with access to over 18,000 worth of product (at the K-12 educational prices, which are already heavily discounted from regular retail prices).
The SUITE allows a school to pay a low yearly fee rather than paying a higher up-front fee for a PERPETUAL license of a single product. Some schools may still prefer a PERPETUAL license and these are available as well. Click here for other pricing and licensing options
